We function via a highly efficient, robust, and cross-functional structure that nurtures healthy and progressive growth in size, skill, and quality. Our Organizational Chart delineates the relationships among the company's diverse divisions and departments. Each component of the chart plays a vital role in the collective effort of designing and constructing any intricate project.

It is the policy of Mabani Consulting to assign a dedicated team to each of its projects. This team comprises skilled individuals drawn from various divisions on a full-time basis as required. Team members carry out their respective duties according to a planned schedule and budget. Headed by a Project Manager responsible for directing all project activities, the Project Team remains intact throughout the project's duration.

While all members of the team are accountable to the Project Manager for all project-related matters, they also maintain accountability to their Section and Department Heads for quality and compliance with the design standards and practices outlined in Mabani Consulting Manuals.
